The C-Pak Micro concrete batch plant controller provides a low cost solution for your automation needs. With a capacity of 250 recipes it is a versatile solution for many plants.

It has been designed specifically to control concrete batching plants and is ideal for site mixing plants, pre-cast plants and has also been used for ready mix plants.

Facilities

The C-Pak Micro provides moisture adjusted targets based on either manually entered moisture values for the aggregate materials or automatic microwave aggregate bin and/or mixer probes

Weighing sequence control is available to provide maximum flexibility

Numerous adjustment values are available to ensure that the process is configured to provide the right balance between productivity and quality

Material usage figures are held for stock reconciliation, these are based on actual batch weights not targets

Automatic in-flight compensation is provided to ensure that batching accuracy is maintained

It can be operated in selectable volume or fixed recipe volumes with a continuous batching option as well as ¼, ½ and ¾ batch size selections

Plant Types

Up to six aggregate materials dispensed from up to five aggregate storage bins in to an aggregate weigh hopper

Up to four cement (powder) materials dispensed from up to three silo’s in to a cement weigh hopper

Up to six admixture materials dispensed from three metered lines or four lines into an admixture weigh hopper. The remaining admixture materials can be specified as hand additions

Up to two water materials (fresh and reclaim) dispensed through a flow meter or weigh hopper

The C-Pak Micro supports dry batch control (all the materials discharged into a mixer truck) or wet batch control (all the materials discharged via a plant mixer)

C-Pak Microvision

The C-Pak Microvision software is offered to enhance and support the C-Pak Micro. It allows a PC to be connected to the C-Pak Micro and provides the following features :
