The C-Pak Office suite is made up from a group of modular elements, each element can be configured to meet your specific requirements. These elements are :-
The core part of the system is the Orders and Shipping elements, the other elements are optional depending on your requirements, but complement the core elements to provide a complete organisational tool for your business.
The system is designed to provide greater efficiency in quoting, order handling, shipping and invoicing. It also provides quick and easy to access production records, material records, “real time” status of orders and plants as well archive data. It is a multi-user system allowing different users access to particular functions within the system.
The quotations element allows quotations to be produced, it stores details of previous quotations and previous versions of quotations, this allows historical data to be used to assist when generating quotes. Quotations to different customers, but for the same job can be linked to track their progress and control the status of the quotation. There is a difference between losing a job to your competition and your customer not winning a job, this may be important to you when analysing your success rate. A quotation can be converted to an order without the need to re-enter the details.
The order element allows all orders to be displayed on the screen, it is highly configurable to show the status of the order at any time. When an order has been started the system will show the progress of the order, it will show how much has been ordered, produced, remaining and in progress. It will also show the status of what quantity has been scheduled to be produced and what is remaining to be scheduled. Orders or parts of orders can be scheduled for production.
The shipping schedule shows a number of views and replaces the hand written shipping sheets. The display can be configured to show different formats and combinations of plants, trucks, dates and times. The screen will show the individual loads and their timing, it will show the status of these loads (not batched, being batched and batched) and will show if loads are running late and where loads have been produced early. It provides an easy and flexible means of changing the allocations during the day as circumstances change. It also shows the relevant load details that include customer, site, contact details, mix, slump, special notes etc.
The invoicing element allows the order details and pricing to be checked and modified (eg addition of waiting time). The order, or part order can then be marked for invoicing and archive. The invoicing part can be configured to work in a number of ways which include, generating a list, printing actual invoices, exporting data to an accounting package and printing an invoice and exporting data. This simplifies your invoicing process, reduces labour and means that invoicing can be done on a more regular basis.
The technical element allows access to the plant reports from a central location, these include load reports, stock reports, usage reports, event log details, maintenance reports and plant performance reports. It will also allow remote control for modification and addition of materials and mixes for each or all of the connected plants.
