Typically, our systems control batch blending and subsequent processing such as mixing, cooking and filling, as well as stock movements, to meet production schedule and recipe defined requirements. In doing so they provide supervisors and operators with ‘live’ progress monitoring and generate production records that include for subsequent ingredient/batch traceabilty. They also provide for communications with management computer systems such as SAP.

Systems are constructed using proprietary PLCs e.g. Siemens, our proTrace embedded PC terminals, standard office PC technology and our established PR Range of weigh products.

Our engineering teams are available to provide levels of project service from installation/commissioning assistance to turnkey project responsibility. Our application engineers can prepare project specifications that document our understanding of your requirements, for your approval before final design and manufacture begins. Subsequently, they can install and commission systems on-site and provide staff training.

Telephone/modem support and parts repair/replacement services are provided from our offices in the UK.
